Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Jutsuu Minds ("we") for the use of Folio. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Folio for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

Folio lays out PDFs you upload in a template you choose and adds the brand details you provide. It does not rewrite your text, and it releases a file only when its check finds that the text matches your original. Layout results depend on how your source PDF is made; you can review every file before using it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and give accurate details.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the PDFs, logos and text you upload and to the files Folio produces from them.
• You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce everything you upload, including any third-party material, logos and trademarks.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or malicious files; do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; and do not resell access without a written agreement with us.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Indian rupees. Taxes as applicable.
• Plan limits (pages per month, pages per file, templates, storage period) are shown on the Pricing page.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation and refund policy.

6. Storage

Uploaded and designed files are deleted automatically after your plan's storage period. Keep your own copies of anything you need.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Folio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will give notice before removing a feature you pay for.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Folio and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact our grievance officer (see Contact us) so we can try to resolve the issue.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email you about material changes at least 15 days before they take effect.
